From 1st – 14th July, tennis fans can grab a perfectly positioned deckchair or picnic spot on the lawn and soak up the thrills of the Championships at the pedestrianised West London square - right next to our pub! Bookings are not required but do visit the Merchant Square website for more info.

Raising vital funds for COSMIC charity, an organisation that supports the children and neonatal intensive care units at St Mary’s & Queen Charlotte’s Hospital.
Up to 1000 rubber duckies will be released into the canal, and we all clutch our pearls as they bob 100 metres to the finish line. To sponsor a duck costs just £3 and you can win one of amazing prizes ( prizes and sale of duckies is to be announced soon)

Dragon Boat Race
We are thrilled to confirm the COSMIC Dragon Boat Race will return to Merchant Square on Thursday 25th July.
This 2000-year-old tradition sees teams of 16 rowers and one drummer race down the length of Merchant Square canal, in a bid to reach the finish line and take home the trophy. Fancy dress is encouraged, with previous teams dressed as Minions, Drag Queens and Pirates. Crews are made up of people from the local area – work colleagues – families and friends all coming together to raise money for COSMIC Charity, an incredible organisation that supports children’s and neonatal intensive care units at St Mary’s and Queen Charlotte’s hospital.
